Authenticity Check
Thanks for purchasing Sertur wind instruments. Please enter your Serial Number below to check the verification results. If you cannot find your instrument information in the results, please fill in the Leave Messages and we will reply to you as soon as we checked, thank you.
1. Obtain the Serial Number from saxophone body below the metal thumb hook or from the warranty card;
2. Enter the 12-digit serial number consisting of numbers and letters.

Sertur offers a lifetime warranty service for instruments (limited to mainland China). Please note that scratched or damaged instruments are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
